This course will focus on the rhythm and timing of swing dancing for East Coast Swing, mostly looking at techniques for social dancing singe-time and double-time east coast swing. We’ll explore leading and following technique for 6-count patterns that build a strong foundation for dancing east coast swing. This content is presented with the assumption that you already have an understanding of the basics for east coast swing.
