Social dancing happens in a wide varienty of environments. In many metropolitan areas, social dancing is a common occurence in nightclubs, restaurants, reception halls, concert halls, in a wide variety of events both public and private. However, not all places are conducive to social dancing, plus some areas just have smaller social dance communities.
