Frequently Asked Questions:

What is social dancing?
What dances do you teach?
Do I need a partner to learn to social dance?
While the goal of social dancing is to learn to dance with another person, you don't need a specific partner to learn to dance. The more skillful you become as a social dancer, the wider range of people you will be able to dance with. Think of dancing as learning a new language, in the beginning you can only communicate with those who are fluent and patient enough to speak with you, however as you become more and more fluent, you can enjoy conversations with a wider diversity of people who speak that particular language. Plus, the more skillful you become as a leader or follower, you'll not only enjoy dancing with more skillful dancers, but they'll find more enjoyment dancing with you!
